a simple dreamlike field with no trees or buildings is an expansive empty space that makes me feel free. there's nothing to obstruct my view or get in my way, and i can just imagine what it would be like to run and play. it's a place where my mind can wander and explore, and where i can feel at peace with the world. sometimes i just need

how strange it is to be anything at all
an office room stands empty its rows of desks like gravestones in a field the computer screens are dark the chairs are cold and hard this is a place where dreams go to die there is no life here no laughter or love only the sound of silence and the memories of what could have been this is a place where hopes are crushed and ambitions are left to rot it's a soulless place where the only thing that thrives is the never - ending cycle of despair
